Harvard University recommends eating fish, poultry and beans as part of a healthy diet. Including more fish in the diet is a practice to benefit your heart and your mind.
The reason fish is so healthy is two-fold.
1) Fish is lean and low in fat. That automatically makes it a healthy bet.
2) Fish is a rich in omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids can protect your heart, lower your cholesterol and boost your memory power among other benefits.

Omega 3's help because they keep your blood from "catching" on the fatty, plaque like edges and further narrowing your arteries leading to increased risk of heart attack or stroke.

Doctors now believe inflammation lies at the root of all disease.
Consider this, inflammation is your bodies' immune system out of whack. Think about a time you suffered a minor cut, it burned and throbbed didn't it?
