Simple Diet Ideas - Naturally Eat Less Food to Lose Weight With More Ease

I am going to share some simple diet ideas that you can start using immediately to naturally eat less food and lose the extra weight you are carrying around with ease. By using these tricks to reduce your food intake you will get the results you have been looking for.

Simple Diet Ideas

1. Go for the protein at meal time. Protein requires a lot of energy for your body to digest it and this is good news to you because it helps regulate your hunger.

2. Eat you veggies first. A simple trick to eating less is to have a salad or vegetable with every meal and eat it first. Research shows this can help you eat 20% fewer calories during the meal without feeling deprived.

3. Divide your plate. To give yourself the confidence that you are eating the right foods in the right amounts learn how to divide your plate. Draw an imaginary line through your plate and fill 1/2 with vegetables, 1/4 with a protein choice about the size and thickness of your palm and the last 1/4 with a carbohydrate serving about the size of your cupped hand. Simple and effective without the hassle of counting calories or measuring portions.

4. Eat mindfully. A great way to eat less is to learn to eat mindfully. Try eating your next meal with all 5 of your senses. Pause before eating to look at your food and pick up the aroma of the food then when you take a bite listen for any sound your food makes as you chew it, note how it feels in your mouth and lastly how it tastes.
